In an effort to share, refresh and strengthen the wealth of knowledge within the refurbishment segment of the business IT Fleet held its very first training day last week at Cofton Centre, Longbridge, Birmingham. Last Wednesday��s agenda contained demonstrations and techniques regarding ��specialist touch ins�� and the reasons behind what can and cannot be done to avoid a full panel paint. The training attracted more than 20 guests which included technicians and estimators from a whole host of IT Fleet��s Tactical Refurbishment Centres (TRCs), whilst enjoying the company of a number of Motability��s Auction Centre Managers (ASMs). The attendees were split into two groups, covering four areas of training _ Bee Bee Alloy Wheel Refurbs and Bee Bee Plastic Repairs, Bee Bee External Bumper Repairs and Bee Bee Leather and Vinyl Refurbs, Standox Micro Repairs and IT Fleet Specialist Touch-ins. These training sessions are to become a monthly occurrence and the company is delighted to provide thought-provoking and industry-leading insight to keep its network of technicians and estimators at the forefront of refurbishment technology.
