Job summary & purpose
We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable FleetHub Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage third-party hauliers through our FleetHub Marketplace portal, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You’ll provide a mix of sales, administrative, logistical, and accounting support, while solving day-to-day challenges and building strong supplier relationships.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and support sub-contractors to meet customer requirements.
- Work with Transport and Customer Service teams to solve logistical challenges.
- Communicate daily with hauliers, ensuring bookings are fulfilled and customers kept updated.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to avoid disruption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Contribute to growth by onboarding new hauliers and expanding the marketplace.
- Approve and process invoices, audits, and reports to ensure compliance and profitability.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Clear and confident communicator (internal & external).
- Confident within sales environments and presenting to potential customers
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage time, adapt, and solve problems under pressure.
- Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn.
